The interpreters’ voices go from the control desk to infrared radiators installed in the room. Each participant receives the signal on their receiver and selects their language channel.
Infrared does not pass through walls: your discussions stay confidential, which matters for institutional meetings and board meetings.

Your questions about receivers
How many receivers should I plan?
One per participant listening to the interpretation, plus a small reserve. We advise you based on the attendee list.
Do participants need to set anything?
Only their language channel and the volume. We display the channel/language list at reception.
Can the signal be picked up outside the room?
No, infrared distribution stays within the room, protecting the confidentiality of discussions.
Who hands out the receivers?
Our team can handle distribution and collection at reception.
