How quickly will I receive my quote?
You receive a complete, detailed quote within 15 minutes of your request, during our opening hours: Sunday to Friday 7am–8.30pm and Saturday 7am–6pm.
How many booths do I need?
As a rule, one booth per target language, with two interpreters per booth for a full working day. A meeting in French, English and Dutch therefore often needs three booths. We confirm the set-up with you based on the programme.
Can you provide both the equipment and the interpreters?
Yes. That is our complete solution: interpretation equipment, interpreters and technician, in one quote and with one point of contact.
Which languages do you cover?
French, English and Dutch, plus all official languages of the European Union and many other languages on request.
Are set-up and a technician included?
We deliver, install and test the equipment, then a technician makes sure the meeting runs smoothly. Details are in your quote.
Do you work outside Brussels?
Yes, we work in Brussels and throughout Belgium. For an event elsewhere, contact us to discuss logistics.
